The Copper POTS Line Clock is Ticking

POTS Replacement Isn't a Project. It's a Customer Protection Strategy.

You already know POTS replacement is happening. What’s getting overlooked is what it really represents.

POTS is often the most ignored line item in the account — and the easiest way for another advisor to step in. Customers may be overpaying, unaware of the risk, or simply delaying action. But when copper retirement impacts alarms, elevators, fire panels, and compliance systems, decisions happen fast — and whoever is in front of that conversation wins.

This isn’t just a technical upgrade. It’s a strategic opportunity to:

  • Protect your existing customer base
  • Re-open dormant accounts
  • Create expansion opportunities
  • Establish control before disruption hits

In this 30-minute partner video, you’ll learn how to position POTS replacement as a business risk conversation, uncover where it exists across your accounts, and use it as a re-entry and growth lever before competitors do.

The question is simple:
Will you lead this conversation — or react to it?

Time is running out for legacy copper...

It is estimated that of the 8 Million Business POTS Lines that currently remain today, ~20% of those will be replaced with another technology. That leaves 6.4 Million Business Critical Lines, such as: Alarms, Life Safety, and Elevator that need to be migrated before it's too late!
